We are quickly heading into the last month of 2022, and the general air has a tone of overwhelm, overextended, and a bit depleted. So instead of waiting until January to do our wellness jumpstart, we are focusing December on nurturing ourselves. Winter is a time to shed what no longer is serving and to grow deeper roots. Our classes are focusing on this from many angles to support each of us through the holidays, the end of the year, and utilizing our longer nights to replenish and rejuvenate.

MEMBERSHIPS
We have four tiers to choose from depending on your budget and goals. $5/month Enthusiasts will have access to the NYE Pilates reset and weekly inspirations to support our wellness and creativity
$25/month Students access the above plus the entire library of recorded classes (years of content, use the search bar to find style, focus, series, etc)
$100/month Trainees access all of those awesome benefits above plus ALL live classes (21 classes this month!!)
$260/month Apprentices access it all plus weekly private lessons (a great way to get the individual support you need to motivate, grow, and focus on you)

WEEKLY CLASSES
*Roll & Release is a movement class utilizing foam rollers and tennis balls for a deep tissue massage, fascia release, and decompression. A mat, foam roller & tennis ball or similar size recommended.
*Restorative Movement is a multi-disciplinary sequence to de-stress, open up, and create ease in the body. We restore the body's ability to support itself, heal, and feel good. A mat is recommended.
*Pilates Power is a pilates sequence focusing on building strength, support, and power. This class will increase the heat. Intensity is customized to body's needs. A mat is recommended.
*Transcultural Dance this month is focusing on exploring and developing curiosity in your dance. Bring your body and willingness to get weird and have some fun!
*Pilates stretch is a a pilates sequence focusing on extension and length and how we fundamentally support our body's ability to stretch, be vulnerable, and take space. A mat is recommended.
*Raqs Sharqi this month is a dance party! We'll be warming up, drilling through some technique, and playing with combinations to get us dancing, grooving, and celebrating!
*Morning Movement is a combination of different movement forms for a wake up of the body with ease and breath, creating support, exploring body awareness, and opening up our ability to thrive.

All classes are open to all bodies. This work is to support you, wherever you are at.

BONUS CLASS
Join me Saturday, December 31st for a Pilates Reset before going into your end of the end year celebrations. Bring a mat and let's finish this year off strong, vibrant, and in a delightfully happy body. 9:30-10:30am pst. Open to all patreon subscribers.
