Reminder, there are four tiers to choose from:

*Enthusiast $5/month gets access to our month workshop which this month is the Anatomy Lab: Feet & Ankles as well as weekly inspirations.
*Student $25/month gets access to the above plus the entire recorded library of classes (highly suggest using the search bar, seriously a ton of classes you can choose from anytime).
*Trainee $100/month gets access to the above plus all live classes. Great way to keep motivation, connect to our community, and access special series such as the lectures which are not recorded to allow more open conversation.
*Apprentice $260/month gets all the above plus a 55 minute private lesson once a week to work on personal training whether in fitness, creativity, or dance.


This month's classes:
*Pilates Mat is a somatic practice focused on building awareness of breath, posture, and support through low impact exercises. This practice is beneficial for all bodies and works both strength and flexibility for an awesome full body workout. This will expand your focus and destress your body. A mat highly recommended to create padding for the spine as well as enough space to fully lay on the floor with your arms and legs extended.

*Transcultural Fusion explores the contractions of movements and cultural forms to find our own dance expression as multifaceted and complex individuals. Includes warmup, technique, and creative fun.

*HIIT & Pilates is a combo workout class bringing together my personal favorite duo~ High Intensity Interval Training where we get to push our stamina and celebrate what our bodies CAN do & Pilates to rebalance, align, and bring a space of ease into our bodies to finish things out. Great workout for EVERYONE!

*The Entertainment Factor is a dance lecture series looking at how entertainment changes and influences our concept of dance, culture, identity, and more. This class does include some readings over week 2 & 3 & 4. This class is NOT recorded to ensure open discussion and dialog. This is where we fumble forward in the complexities that is dance study.

*Shimmy Lab is the next installment of our technique tuneup class. We will be focusing on developing the strength, isolation, and ease behind a whole wide range of shimmies. We'll work through different fitness exercises, technique drills, and fun combos to open up our approach to the amazing world of shimmies!

*Restorative Movement is a somatic practice that brings together a variety of different movement forms to de-stress, process, and stretch it all out. This class is about resetting the body, addressing what the body is in need of, and becoming relaxed puddles of goo. It's dessert for the body, mind, and heart. A mat or towel is recommended.


This month's Anatomy Lab is all about the FEET & ANKLES! We will start with some anatomy and function and quickly get into application to explore our own bodies for strength, support, flexibility, and alignment. All bodies welcome! Bring your questions, water, and a notebook. Let's talk about feet and ankles, baby!
