Raqs Artist Project

Artistic development within Middle Eastern & Transcultural dance for the devoted hobbyist and aspiring or burnout professional

The Raqs Artist Project is a mentorship program created, directed and facilitated by Aubre Hill where artists dive into developing their own artistic voice through dance. Dancers must apply to this program which includes artistic development, one on one mentorship, and creative projects. Each program is kept to a small group to focus on each artist's progression. Dancers are accepted based upon goals, commitment, and artistic dedication. The group meets weekly online for creative lessons, lectures, and feedback. Dancers should estimate about 2-4 hours of additional time outside of class each week to complete readings, assignments, and creative projects. This program welcomes diverse artistic expressions. The world needs your unique light! Time to shine!
